ABOUT ART TOYS

This has been a little bit of a long term dream! 

I finally taught myself to 3D model. Each figure is 3d sculpted by Mia Hawk, and then 3D printed in resin. 

There is actually a lot that goes into these toys; the printing takes 4-15 hours (and more for big prints!), the models are then washed and cured. Often due to the way they are printed, they need sanding and filling. 

The hand painted models are then primed and painted. The painting can be very tricky and it takes hours to finish one model. 

Both painted and unpainted models are finished with a glossy hard varnish. 
Due to their hand made nature there may be slight imperfections/variations between the models.

These are art toys meant for display ONLY. 
Though they are made from durable resin, resin can be a brittle material and will break with repeated dropping/being knocked about. I do not advise to give these as toys to children. Please also do not give these figurines to small children as small parts may present a choking hazard.
