Free UK shipping on orders over £50

All items are dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing the order. UK orders will usually be shipped with Royal Mail. International orders will be shipped with the standard international shipping provided by the Royal Mail. 

Normal orders will be sent without tracking, to save costs for you and me :-) 

If you wish your order to be sent with special delivery or tracking, please email me mia-hawk@outlook.com before placing the order. 

Please be aware that shipping times for international customers may take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your country.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 
PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDED VAT/DUTY MAY BE CHARGED UPPON ARRIVAL

I do not currently collect VAT for the customer so the charge will apply upon arrival in your country. 

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE! There is no exchange/return on print on demand products, due to the fact that the item is made especially for you and not stocked. Please read the product description carefully. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item it in new unused condition within 14 days of receiving the order. 

Please package the item in a way that does not damage it during shipping. 

Customer pays return postage, the replacement item/exchange will be shipped for free. 

Refunds will be sent as soon as the item has been returned. 

If the items is damaged a equal alternative or a full refund will be given.
